Dr. Decker is active in the Turlock Implant Study Club.  He is also a member of the California and American Dental Societies.

Dr. Decker and his wife, Lori, have two children and are active members of the Turlock community.  When not practicing dentistry he enjoys  bicycling, motorcycling, and spending time with his family.  He particularly enjoys skiing and spent several years on the National Ski Patrol.  He is also an active member of Turlock Sunrise Rotary.

LUCY AVILA, RDA
Lucy joined Turlock Dental Arts in 1986 and graduated from Modesto Junior College in 1987.  She and her husband are lifelong Turlock residents and have two  children.  She enjoys family activities and anything to do with the outdoors.

STACY NEELEY, RDA
Stacy joined Turlock Dental Arts in 2000.  She is a long time resident of the area and has had experience working in both general dentist and specialty offices.  She enjoys horseback riding and rodeo competitions.

CRAIG LOUDENSLAGER, D.D.S.

Dr. Loudenslager joined Turlock Dental Arts in 2000 as a general dentist.

He graduated from Seattle Pacific College with a B.A. in Chemistry in 1974 and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington in 1979.  Past military assignments include: Tyndall AFB, FL; Edwards AFB, CA; Kadena AB, Japan; Beale AFB, CA (Assistant Base Dental Surgeon); Barksdale AFB, LA; Ramstein AB, Germany; and Holloman AFB, NM (Dental Flight Deputy Commander).  He retired from the USAF  having served his country for 21 years.

Dr. Loudenslager was born in Vinton, Iowa and moved to San Jose, California as age four. He met the former Lona Jean Gabrielson at Mission Springs Conference Grounds where they were on staff one summer.  They married in August of 1975 at Turlock Covenant Church. They have one son, Chris.

DUC NGUYEN, D.D.S.

Dr Nguyen Joined Turlock Dental Arts in May 2004. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and attended dental school at the University of California at Los Angeles, receiving his doctorate in 2000. Dr. Nguyen is a member of both the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association.  He has experience in all phases of dentistry and has completed his 2 year orthodontic training program for general dentists. When not providing dental care Dr. Nguyen enjoys traveling, listening to music, playing sports and doing community service.  He is also fluent in Vietnamese.

Dr Nguyen has two assistants PAUL JANZEN, DA Paul joined Dr. Nguyen's team in 2008.  His background is in Oral Surgery assisting, and he has his certificate in Oral Sedation.  Paul graduated from Fort San Houston in 1992.  Paul enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

TIFANI GOMES, DA Tifani joined Dr. Nguyen's team in 2009.  She graduated from Modesto Dental Institute with a degree in dental assisting.  Tifani is a lifelong resident of Turlock and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
